Booking Confirmations

   •  Booking confirmation will be sent by email. Please ensure your email address is written correctly.
   •  You will receive the confirmation within 5 working days after receipt of your order.

 

Payment

   •  Payment is required in full 5 working days prior to the purchased seminars.
   •  Books will be posted after payment

 

Special Packages

Early Bird registrations
   •  Registrations close at 11:59pm on the Early Bird end date 

Full Day Packages
   •  Registrants receive a 10% discount when registering for all session on a seminar day

Seminar Special Book Offer
   •  Receive 15% discount on any of our books when you register for a 2017 seminar.

Cancellations & Non-attendance
   •  Full refund for cancellations made up to 10 or more working days before the purchased seminar.
   •  50% refund for cancellations made 6 to 9 working days before the purchased seminar.
   •  No refund will be given for cancellations made within 5 working days before the purchased seminar.
   •  If you have booked a session and do not attend, you will be invoiced accordingly when notifying us within the above mentioned time frames.

Attendance Certificates & Professional Development Requirements

   •  We can provide these on request only.
   •  These sessions may meet mandatory professional development requirements; check with your professional organisation.

 

Refreshments

   •  We provide light refreshments for morning and afternoon tea.
   •  Lunch is not provided.
