1.      PAYMENTS

 

1.2  All monetary amounts referred to on this site [www.copyright.org.au] are quoted in Australian dollars unless specifically stated otherwise.

 

1.3  All payments made to the ACC are subject to the terms and conditions on this site. The ACC must be notified in writing within 14 days of any payments made in error.

1.4  All payments submitted through the ACC website are processed by Westpac using E-Way

1.5  The ACC does not store or retain any credit card data.

2.      POSTAGE

2.2  All postage is calculated at the point of checkout and added to your cart. See costs and times here.

3.      REFUNDS

3.2  Please choose carefully, as we do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind. You are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit note if the product you have purchased has a fault, or does not match the description of the product/service. The ACC requires notification within 3 business days of any faulty or damaged item.

3.3  Refunds, credits or exchanges apply to our books, e-books, seminars, & webinars.

3.5  The cost of return postage will be paid by the ACC for any return of a faulty product.

3.6  The ACC is NOT obligated to offer a store credit for products that are returned damaged.

   3.7   If the item you received is not what you ordered, we require notification within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date.

 

4.      CUSTOMISED IN-HOUSE TRAINING (CIT)

4.2  Information regarding costs and agreements here.

4.3  CIT’s will be invoiced in advance; half the cost of the invoice is required as payment      prior to the delivery of any CIT. The remainder of the invoice plus expenses.
