Information from IP Australia

The Copyright Council provides information about copyright. IP Australia (a Commonwealth government agency) provides information about other areas of intellectual property:
  • protection or use of names and titles
  • patents (protection for inventions)
  • trade marks (protection for names and logos used in trade)
  • designs (the shape, configuration, pattern or ornamentation of a functional article)
