Following on from our previous news alert of 2 May, the High Court has today delivered its reasons for refusing special leave to appeal against the decisions of the Full Federal Court in Aristocrat Technologies Australia Pty Ltd and Ors v. Global Gaming Supplies Pty Ltd and Ors and Aristocrat Technologies Australia Pty Ltd and Ors v. Allam and Ors.
