Submissions to Attorney-General's Department on Fair Use
In May 2005, the Attorney-General's Department released an Issues Paper called Fair Use and Other Copyright Exceptions: An examination of fair use, fair dealing and other exceptions in the digital age. Submissions were due by 1 July 2005.
We have been informed by the Attorney-General's Department that it has received 160 submissions, but that it does not intend to publish them online.
