| Ian McDonald | Ian McDonald is a Senior Legal Officer with the Australian Copyright Council. Ian McDonald is a graduate of the University of Sydney, with Bachelors degrees in both Arts and Laws, and a Masters degree in English literature. Prior to studying law, Ian freelanced in a variety of music, theatre, tutoring and teaching jobs. Ian has been with the Copyright Council since January 1994, advising clients on copyright and moral rights issues, writing and publishing extensively on the topics, and presenting talks and lectures on different aspects of these areas of intellectual property. Ian has written many of the Copyright Council's books on copyright, both practical guides and discusssion papers, and many articles on copyright issues. |
| Sneha Balakrishnan | Sneha Balakrishnan is a Legal Officer with the Australian Copyright Council. Sneha graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2006 with an Arts/Law degree, having undertaken part of her studies at the Sorbonne University in Paris. Sneha also freelances as a clarinet player with several orchestras and was a film reviewer for the Sydney Morning Herald during the 2008 Sydney Film Festival. She commenced working with the Australian Copyright Council in May 2008. |
| Virginia Morrison | Virginia Morrison is a legal practitioner with her own practice, specialising in copyright law. Her clients include Viscopy, the visual artists copyright collecting society. Virginia was formerly a Senior Legal Officer with the Australian Copyright Council, and before that was a solicitor in a Sydney law firm. |
