Booking Conditions

Booking confirmations

Booking confirmation will be sent by email. Please ensure your email address is written correctly. You will receive the confirmation within 5 working days after receipt of your order.

 

Special Packages

  • Seminar & related book package

Purchase any seminar with its related book at time of purchase and you will receive 15% off the book.

 

Payment

Payment is required in full 5 working days prior to the seminars.

 

Cancellations & Non-attendance

Full refund for cancellations up to 7 or more working days before the purchased seminar and 50% refund for cancellations 3 to 6 working days before purchased seminar (no refund otherwise). If you have booked a session and do not attend, you will be invoiced accordingly unless you notify us.

 

Attendance Certificates & Professional Development Requirements

We can provide these on request only. These sessions may meet mandatory professional development requirements; check with your professional organisation.

 

Refreshments

We provide light refreshments on the day but not lunch.
