The Copyright Council offers a range of practical and informative seminars on Australian copyright law to assist creators and consumers in dealing with copyright material in the digital age.

All seminars are delivered by Copyright Council lawyers expert in the field of copyright law who are up-to-date with the latest policies, law and applications of copyright.
Booking confirmations
You will receive a confirmation via email within 5 workings days after receipt of your order.
Special Packages
Seminar & related book package
Purchase any seminar with its related book at time of purchase and you will receive 15% off the book. This package is not to be used with the all day seminar package.
Payment
Is required 5 working days prior to the seminars.
Cancellations & Non-attendance
We provide a full refund if you cancel 5 or more working days before the seminar and 50% if you cancel 2 to 4 working days (no refund otherwise). If you have booked for a session and do not attend, you will be invoiced accordingly unless you notify us.
Attendance Certificates & Professional Development Requirements
We can provide these on request only. These sessions may meet mandatory professional development requirements; check with your professional organisation.
Refreshments
We provide light refreshments on the day but not lunch.
In addition to our national seminar series, we provide customised in-house training tailored to suit your organisation's needs and business environment. Our expert legal presenters can help break down the complexities of copyright law as it applies to your particular situation.
