Nicholas Rodgers

Nicholas Rodgers is Director of the International Intellectual Property Section in the Office of Trade Negotiations. He is responsible for trade-related intellectual property (IP) negotiations, including in the WTO, for a proposed Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement and in certain bilateral FTAs.

Nicholas was posted to the Australian Consulate-General in Hong Kong, and has worked on an FTA Feasibility Study with Japan and Australia's bilateral relationship with China before taking on his current role. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sydney, where he also completed a Doctorate in Classical Archaeology.
