We provide light refreshments between sessions, but not lunch.

During the week we offer seminars dealing with a range of other subjects, including copyright essentials, moral rights and recent developments, and seminars for people working in educational institutions, libraries and governments. To see the full program, click here.

Free book offer

If you individually attend four training sessions and give us a completed feedback form, we'll send you one of our books for free (title of your choice). We'll send your book as soon as we've received your feedback form and payment for the training.

Bookings & cancellations

Bookings: Please book as early as possible so we can confirm your place and advise you of any changes to advertised details.
Cancellations & refunds: We refund 100% of the fee if you cancel 4 or more working days before the training session, and 50% if you cancel 1 to 3 working days before (but not if you cancel on the day).
Non-attendance: If you register for a training session but do not attend, we may invoice you for the fee unless you cancel 4 or more working days before the training session.
