Who this training is for

This session is for people with an interest in copyright law. For example, publishers, copyright officers, arts administrators, lawyers, and others with an interest in copyright law. The session is for people who have some understanding of copyright principles – for example they have attended our Copyright Essentials training session or have read our Copyright Essentials book.

What's covered in the session

Copyright law is continually changing, particularly as decisions in new cases are handed down by the courts. This session brings you the latest developments in copyright case law and legislation, as well as policy changes. The content of the session changes as events unfold throughout the year.
