What's covered in the session

NEW EXPANDED SESSION
We’ve made this popular session longer so we can cover the new developments in technology and copyright law in detail and allow more time for discussion. Topics include:
  • recording  TV and radio programs off-air
  • downloading podcasts & vodcasts: Screenrights licence
  • online and email delivery of recorded programs
  • what you can put on digitised video systems such as Clickview
  • when you can copy videos or DVDs to different formats
  • when you can rely on the “flexible dealing” provision
  • student use of audiovisual material
