This is a stand-alone session that looks that looks in depth at the "special case" or
flexible dealing provision", section 200AB - the section that may allow you to do
something with copyright material when other provisions in the Act fall short.

Hands-on workshop on how to manage copyright issues
for new technologies in education. It is for people with a solid grasp
of the special copyright provisions for education covered in the sessions
above. We’ll look at technologies such as electronic whiteboards,
content management systems such as ClickView, and learning management
systems such as Moodle. We’ll also look at technological protection measures.
