William Patry is Senior Copyright Counsel, Google Inc. His former positions include copyright counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on the Judiciary; Policy Planning Advisor to the Register of Copyrights; and Law Professor, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. His is author of numerous treatises and articles, and of The Patry Copyright Blog.
